The new Limited Edition Suhr Standard Legacy is based on the first guitar that John Suhr designed and built for himself back in 1984. This guitar features an African Okoume body, figured Maple top with scraped binding, a Maple neck and an Indian Rosewood fingerboard. Directly mounted to the body are a pair of EMG SA’s in the neck and middle positions, and an EMG 81 in the bridge. Available in five beautiful finishes: Trans Carmel, Honey Burst, Black, Pelham Blue, and Suhr Burst.
And of course, each Standard Legacy goes through the same renowned individual setup process that $10-15k Suhr Custom guitars go through, including the PLEK process.
