World-renowned for his influential work with Van Halen, Michael Anthony (now playing with Chickenfoot and The Circle) has been rocking the bass around the world for nearly 50 years - and now, his bass can become yours for a price that won't break the bank! Like all Schecter instruments, this beast of a bass has all the killer appointments that you'd expect from a tone-heavy workhorse! Equipped with Michael's own MonsterTone pickup set, you'll be turning heads with thunderous, focused lows, and with 21 fret access and a 5-piece maple/walnut neck -- this bass was built for comfort and playability!

The MA-5 sports a rosewood fretboard and with its beautiful Koa top, you'll be sure to steal the spotlight. The neck has been shaped exactly to Michael's specifications with a Thin "C" profile and the neck joint construction allows easy access to the upper frets.

With a master volume and a master tone control along with a 3-way toggle switch, the MA-5 delivers complete control of your sound right to your fingertips. Rounding out the black hardware, the WSC bridge and tuners give you incredible stability and can withstand anything you can dish out
